Longshot Lanes Hosting 3-6-9 Singles Bowling Tournament to Help
Upper Thumb Habitat for Humanity
Longshot Lanes of Bad Axe will be hosting a 3-6-9 Singles Bowling Tournament on Saturday, October 29, 2011. Every bowler receives a strike in the 3rd, 6th, and 9th frame. There are two times: 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. The entry fee is $20.00 per person, and you may pre-register at Longshot Lanes or call 989-269-9581 for more information. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. Proceeds will help Upper Thumb Habitat for Humanity projects.
An extra time slot has been added at 9:00 p.m. for kids ONLY! There will be a $12.00 entry fee which includes: 3 hours of glow bowling and games, fun - lights - music and scary movies, plus drawings for prizes all night! Also, costume contest, Wii bowling competition, pumpkin carving, and much, much more!

Upper Thumb Habitat for Humanity Raffle
Upper Thumb Habitat for Humanity is sponsoring a summertime raffle!
Winners of this raffle will receive a Brinkmann 5-Burner Gas Grill with Smoker,
a $200.00 Beef Bundle, and a Gift Basket of BBQ Goodies. Raffle tickets
are $5.00 each and may be purchased from Upper Thumb Habitat members
at various events around the county this summer. Raffle drawing will be held on
September 5, 2011. Need not be present to win. Call Bernie Gay at 269-8330 for
